Our Mission
Our mission is to provide the Great Falls area the best quality certified Angus, beef, steaks, and prime rib, and homemade food. We are a family owned business with over 40 years experience. We are able to provide dinners for two and up to parties of 70 in our banquet room. At this time, we only do Catering on premise in our banquet room. We are available for all company parties, corporations, seminars, birthday, or anniversary class reunions and much more. We have a very nice banquet room called Charlie’s room after the famous artist Charles and Russell, We provide dinners for groups up to 15 to 70 people in our banquet room. There is no charge for the private room. As long as you are having a meal. For larger groups, we can do choices of three or four items for your guest and also we can do a buffet for groups over 45 with two meat entrées a starch at Salad Bar. Julie and Joe were born on the west side of Great Falls and grew up close to each other. They met later in life and with all the experience, Julie has in cooking and Joe and Farming and ranching and the love that they both have for cooking. They are able to provide the Great Falls area, one of the best steakhouses in the marketplace located to many hotels., The Hampton Inn, The Hilton Garden Inn, The Comfort Inn, Holiday express, The Crystal Inn, Dicks RV park, The heritage inn, Springfield suites, And we are located just below the airport. There are many hours that are devoted to preparing food for the Cattlemen’s, All of our soups are homemade. We have a variety of soups that we offer throughout the week., We are the only restaurant in Great Falls that has a solid bar with over 30 items of cut up vegetables fresh mix salad greens six different dressings 40 pound block of cheese, spinach salad with her homemade vinaigrette and five homemade salads with three different toppings, Fresh bake dinner rolls and sourdough focaccia bread daily, We also have balsamic vinegar and olive oil and malt vinegar for your bread. We are a family steakhouse semi casual. We welcome everyone to our home the cattlemen Cut steakhouse.. Our next generation is our son Eric Garrity Eric is now 21 and has been cooking in the kitchen for at least six years before that he helped his mother and father with off premise Catering. He is also brought along several of his high school buddies who have learned a trade that they can use anytime when going to further education and college. Like I said before we’re not super fancy, but we fit everyone’s needs. We have tables for seating and we have booths for those like boots. Another one of the items that were famous for is our homemade spaghetti sauce. Joe takes special time and prepares his spaghetti sauce weekly some say similar to the Jack club recipe.. The Cattlemen’s joined the certified Angus bee program in 2015 and have been very educated and pleased with the product. There are 10 qualifications in the grading of certified us beef to ensure tenderness, flavor, and quality. All of our salads that are homemade on the Salad Bar come from family recipes there is a variety every night we do provide all you can eat Salad Bar for $15. All you can eat soup and salad bar for $18 all entries have a choice of homemade soup or Salad Bar side, some of our new house is Candy, pecan yams, and our smoked Gouda scallop potatoes. Some highlights on our appetizer menu or our crab stuffed mushrooms served with grill toast points, Jumbo shrimp cocktail, Steamed clams, And Rocky Mountain oysters.
